The AUT MBA Consulting Club was created to raise the profile
of consulting as a career choice amongst the staff, students
and alumni of the AUT MBA program.
We do this in a number of ways:
- having guest speakers inform us of the industry and the craft of consulting
- giving members practical consulting opportunities
- facilitating entry into Strategy Case Competitions

"Working with Consultants: A Client's Perspective"
"Consultants are often hired without much thought, and although dissatisfaction is rife among those who engage them,
it's infrequently expressed. However, some consultants do excellent work and deliver far more than they are paid to do - when
this happens it is often down to the client in that they knew what they wanted of a consultant. This session will cover
how experienced clients hire consultants to get the results they expect. This will provide insights to current and
prospective management consultants on what top clients are looking for".
Membership
